Tender Details

The subject of the contract is the regular supply of alcoholic beverages for a period of 48 months according to the specifications of the public contracting authority, based on orders issued in accordance with the Framework Agreement. The subject of the order also includes related services associated with the handling, loading, import and unloading of goodsaru, staff training. The contracting authority is not bound by the expected quantity of goods. Only the type and quantity of products actually ordered and delivered will be subject to invoicing.

Product specification:

•quality alcohol from renowned, global brands that have a built-up awareness ofbrands - best-selling core species and higher standards as alternatives to core species.

We consider whisky, cognac, rum, vodka, gin, bitters to be the basic types of alcoholic beverages. For the basic types of alcoholic beverages, we require a selection and offer from the portfolio of renowned world brandsk in different volumes (1 liter, 7dcl, also in miniatures).

This offer is the subject of bid evaluation (Appendix No. 2_1A_ Custom proposal for contract fulfillment_basic_evaluated assortment and Appendix No. 2_1B_ Custom proposal for contract fulfillment_basic_evaluated assortment).

The supplier cannot replace the unitsve types of required groups of alcoholic beverages such as rum for rum, brandy for cognac and the like.

Within own proposal according to Annex no. 2_2_Own proposal for the fulfillment of the order_additional assortment, the supplier is obliged to offer other than the listed type of alcoholic beverages and also several brands of poison...
