1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of a brand new agricultural tractor with additional equipment, training of the Ordering Party's staff and warranty service. The tractor will be used to maintain a botanical garden with an area of ​​approximately 20 square meters ha.2. The subject of the order includes the supply of a brand new, unused tractor, manufactured no earlier than 2025, of full value, approved for trading and distribution in Poland, together with compatible equipment elements: front loader front (TUR), crocodile-type bucket, pallet forks and tillage unit (cultivator).3. The detailed scope of the subject of the order is specified in the order documents, including: Specification of Terms and Conditions (SWZ) prepared in the course of the procedure along with the annexes: 3.1. Attachment no 1A - Functions, technical parameters, required conditions of the subject of the order, 3.2. Appendix No. 1B Description of the subject of the order;3.3. Appendix No. 2 Draft contract (Drafted provisions of the contract)4. The ordering party requires that the subject of the order be covered by a minimum period of 36 months warranty Extending the warranty period is one of the criteria for evaluating offers.
