The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of a brand new, defect-free and damage-free agricultural tractor with accessories, manufactured no earlier than 2026, with all-wheel drive (4x4), with an engine power in the range of 7, 080 HP, in accordance with the detailed description of the subject of the order. and a list of minimum technical, functional and utility requirements and equipment. As part of the implementation of the subject of the order, the Contractor is obliged in particular to: 1. delivering the agricultural tractor with the required equipment to the place indicated by the Ordering Party;2. bearing all costs related to the transport and insurance of the subject of the order until its receipt by the Ordering Party;3. conducting an operational test before acceptance to confirm the proper operation of the tractor and the supplied equipment;4. conducting training for persons indicated by the Ordering Party in the scope correct and safe operation of the tractor and accessories;5. providing the Ordering Party with a set of documents required by law and documentation necessary for the proper operation, maintenance, servicing and registration of the tractor.
