The subject of the order is the supply of aggregates as part of the investment project titled: "Construction of sidewalks on district roads".2. The subject of the order includes: 1) 600 tons of crushed stones of 31.5-63 mm fraction. 2) wedge of fraction 4-31.5 mm in the amount of 350 tons. 3) 2-8 mm fraction grit in the amount of 100 tons.3. The subject of the order should meet the PN-EN 13043 and PN-EN 13242 standards or equivalent, i.e. standards ensuring at least the same level of quality, performance and safety of the products.4. Delivery includes also transport and unloading of the subject of the order to the District Road Administration base in Jasło ul. Przemysłowa, from Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 14:00, the exact delivery time should be agreed with the Ordering Party at least two days before planned delivery. Quantitative and qualitative acceptance will take place on the day of delivery. 5. In order to confirm that the offered supplies meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party, the Contractor will provide declarations of conformity for individual materials with the delivery.
