The subject of the order is the supply of aggregate for municipal roads located in the Ubowo commune. The subject of the order consists of: a) purchase, loading and delivery of granite aggregate with a fraction of 0-31.5 mm, in an amount of approx. 1, 600 t, depending on the needs of the ordering party, b) a tolerance in the grain size of the aggregate is allowed in the range of +/- 5 mm, c) the aggregate must be free, in particular, from hazardous elements including asbestos and elements that pose a threat to road users, e.g. metals (pieces, nails, rods, etc.), polystyrene, foil. The aggregate must have the certificates required by law, d) the content of fraction 0 in the mass of the delivered aggregate cannot exceed 12%, if the above-mentioned value is exceeded and the so-called Clays in aggregate mass, delivery will not be accepted by Ordering Party. The Contractor cannot charge the Ordering Party for transport costs, e) The Ordering Party reserves the right to test the delivered batch of material. If the delivered aggregate does not meet the parameters presented in the offer, the Contractor will cover the cost perform tests and replace free of charge a batch of material that does not meet the required parameters, f) The Ordering Party will promptly...
