1. The subject of the order is: Delivery of aggregate for municipal roads.2. The proceedings concern: the purchase and delivery of limestone aggregate with granulation from 0 to 31.5 mm for the needs of municipal roads.3. The ordering party expects to purchase approximately 1, 800 tons of stone (72 courses of 25 each). each tone).4. Due to its nature and specification, the order is not divided into parts.5. The aggregate will be delivered to places indicated by the Ordering Party in the Byto commune (approx. 16 towns).6. Settlement between the Contractor and the Ordering Party will be based on the actually imported tons of aggregate, in accordance with the submitted offer, on the basis of the WZ documents attached to the final invoice, in an amount not higher than in the submitted offer covering the entire subject of the order.7.
