Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the purchase, together with loading, transport, unloading and mechanical profiling of roads of a road grader - after prior notification by the Ordering Party - of crushed hard aggregate granite, basalt, melaphyre in the amount of approx. 3, 500 tons of fractions 4-31.5 mm on municipal roads in 2026. Field stone, rubble and limestone aggregate are not allowed.1) The Contractor will each time agree on the date, location and place of delivery of the transport directly to the site, without the possibility of temporary storage. Performer bears full responsibility for the consequences of failure or incorrect identification of the conditions for the implementation of the subject of the order.2) Aggregate should be delivered only by three-axle or four-axle self-unloading vehicles with a capacity of not less than 18 tons, in a way to prevent contamination of the roads on which it will be transported. Truck tractors with semi-trailers are not allowed. Transport by other vehicles will not be accepted by the Ordering Party. The contractor's obligation is to unload while the vehicle is moving slowly.
