1. The subject of the contract is the supply of F grade diesel oil in the amount of up to 164, 000 m3 at a reference temperature of 15o C, in order to fulfill the provisions of art. 3, sec. 2, point 2 of the Act of February 16, 2007 on stocks of crude oil, petroleum products and natural gas and the rules of conduct inin situations of threat to the fuel security of the state and disturbances on the oil market (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1537) to storage tanks (the list of locations is presented in Appendix 1 to the PPU).
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the "Description of the subject of the order".appendix no. 1 to the SWZ.
3. The Employer allows the submission of the following partial tenders:
1) Task No. 1 - supply of F-grade diesel oil in the amount of up to 46, 000 m3.
2) Task No. 2 - supply of F-grade diesel oil in the amount of up to 12, 000 m3.
3) Task No. 3 - delivery of diesel oil of grade F in ivolume up to 87, 000 m3.
4) Task no. 4 - supply of F-grade diesel oil in the amount up to 19, 000 m3.
