The subject of the contract is the delivery to the locations indicated in Annex 1 to the Draft Agreement Terms and Conditions of 133, 000 m3 of F grade diesel fuel (at the reference temperature of 15 0C), in order to fulfill the provisions of Art. 3, sec. 2, point 2 of the Act of February 16, 2007 on crude oil stocks, petroleum products and natural gas and the rules of conduct in situations of a threat to the state's fuel security and disruptions on the crude oil market (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1537).
