On behalf of the Office of Technical Inspection, we invite all reliable contractors to submit offers for the supply of adhesive membranes: Scotch® ATG 976 adhesive membrane - 12 mm / 55 m - 2 pcs. Scotch® ATG 969 adhesive membrane - 12 mm / 33 m - 2 pcs. Scotch® ATG 924 adhesive membrane - 12 mm / 33 m - 2 pcs. 3M™ 468MP adhesive film - 9 mm / 55 m - 2 pcs. Scotch® ATG 904 adhesive film - 12 mm / 33 m - 2 pcs. Terms of implementation: - The contractor undertakes to complete the order in accordance with the submitted offer including unit prices. - Deadline implementation: up to 5 business days from the date of signing the Order. - The goods will be delivered to the UDT Headquarters, ul. Szczęśliwicka 34, 02‑353 Warsaw. The delivery will be made at the Contractor's expense. - The Contractor declares that the subject of the order meets the requirements technical, and in particular meets all the features specified in the inquiry, is brand new, unused, not refurbished, not recycled, comes from current production. - If any defects are found in the subject of the order The contractor undertakes to deliver the subject of the order free from defects within 3 business days from the date of notification.
