The subject of the order is the implementation of the task titled: Delivery of additional equipment under the contract DOI/FM/SIS/9/305/388/2023 for the granting of a targeted subsidy to finance/co-finance the implementation of the investment program titled Reconstruction and equipment of the University Center Pediatrics named after M. Konopnicka and the Supraregional Pediatric Oncology Center at the Central Clinical Hospital of the Medical University of Łódź at ul. Pomorska 251 - The task was divided into 3 Packages in accordance with the assortment and quantities specified in The assortment and price form constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. The subject of the order is described in detail in Appendix No. 2 of the Product and Price Form, constituting attachments to the SWZ. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers for individual packages. As part of the package, the Ordering Party requires the submission of a complete offer.
