Subject of the request for quotation: The subject of the order is the design, manufacture and assembly of an adapter enabling the installation of a welding device in a Kovaco SPK150D two-column rotator installed in hall "S" at the Military Works Automotive in Poznań, at ul. J.H. Dąbrowskiego 262/280. 2. Technical boundary conditions: Turntable data: - Kovaco SPK150D two-column turntable, - technical drawing of the turntable rims with detailed geometric data will be made available for inspection contractor after signing the contract for the execution of the order, - rotator load capacity: 30 tons. Data of the welding device mounted in the rotator: - weight of the device: 8800 kg, - weight of the welded structure mounted in the welding device: 3000 kg, - weight of the structure welded evenly distributed over the length of the welding device, - a sketch of the welding device, containing important dimensions for designing the adapter, is included in the file "Appendix No. 1 - invitation to submit offers"3.
