The subject of the order is the delivery of one brand new, unused passenger car of the M1 category, manufactured in 2026, adapted to transport people with disabilities, having 9 seats including the driver, with the possibility of transporting at least one person staying during riding in a wheelchair, with 3+3+3 seats, with the possibility of dismantling or changing the seat arrangement accordingly to provide space for transporting a person in a wheelchair.2. The car must be complete, free from physical and legal defects, roadworthy and capable of being registered in Poland. Detailed requirements regarding the vehicle, engine, equipment and parameters are set out in Annex No. 1A to SWZ.3. The Contractor will deliver the vehicle at its own expense and risk to the Ordering Party's headquarters, with the required equipment, at least two keys, an operating manual in Polish, warranty documents, and a list of service points and a complete set of documents required for first registration, including a certificate of conformity or another appropriate document confirming the approval of the complete vehicle.4.
