Delivery of active network elements The subject of this Public Contract is the supply of active network elements, including their accessories and the subsequent provision of a 5-year manufacturer's warranty (including warranty service), intended for the expansion and modernization of the existing network infrastructure of the Principal. This is mainly the supply of backbone (core) switches, access (access) switches and wireless access points (AP) including accessories, necessary licenses, actual installation, configuration and connection to the existing infrastructure of the Principal. The supplied technologies must enable integration and connection to the existing network infrastructure of the Client, including compatibility with the existing system and configuration used by the Client. The exact parameters of the required actives network elements and their accessories are specified in the technical specification, which forms Annex No. 3 ZD. The specified technical specification is the minimum possible, the participant in the procurement procedure (hereinafter referred to as the "participant") can offer even better characteristics. Detailed the specification of the subject of the Public Contract and the requirements for performance is given in the technical specification and the binding model of the contract, which form Annex No. 3 and Annex No. 1 of the procurement documentation.
