The subject of the public procurement provides for delivery made by buying an active Low voltage electricity and performance of the functions of a standard balancing group of electricity trader.
Delivery of electricity must be in accordance with the current regulatory documents: Energy Act (EA), Rules for Trade with Electricity (Ptee) and the rules for measuring the quantities of electricity (PIKE) and all applicable regulations governing this matter. Electricity should be of the quality in accordance with the regulatory requirements concerning the subject of this order.
In the scope of The public procurement is included:
- Preparation of all necessary documents for the registration of the objects of the contracting authority of the free electricity market and carrying out the full registration procedure (if necessary);
- Include the contracting authority as an indirect member of the balancing group of the contractor according to PEE, without the contracting authority paying a registration and participation fee;
Notification (registration) of hourly schedules in the system to administer the market (MMS) and the electricity system operator (ECO), as well as carrying out all necessary activities related to the participation of the contracting authority in the free market in electric EER ...
