1. The subject of the order is the supply of access licenses to 2 SaaS platforms (Platform A: Project management and customer service, Platform B: Data enrichment and prospecting) in accordance with the detailed description in point. II OPZ. The order includes also services of their configuration, integration, process automation, design and development of AI-based solutions, project management, PMO services, including the creation of PMO structures and training of the Ordering Party's employees. The ordering party will divide the implementation orders for the following Stages: 1) Stage I: License delivery (Platform A - Project management and customer service and Platform B - Data enrichment and prospecting). a) Guaranteed order: subscription to two platforms for 12 months for 10 workstations. b) Option right: Possibility to extend the subscription for another two periods of 12 months (36 months in total).2) Stage II: Implementation and customization (Configuration). The contractor is obliged to perform a one-time: a) Pre-implementation analysis, i.e.: mapping of the institution's processes (e.g. circulation documents, managing contact databases, sales processes). b) Configuring the A platform, i.e.: creating boards, scores...
