1. The subject of the order is the implementation of the task titled: "Supply of 99Mo/99mTc generators, ready-to-use radiopharmaceuticals and 99mTc labeling kits for the needs of the Clinic/Department of the Institute of Medicine Nuclear SP ZOZ CSK UM in Łodź "
2. A detailed description and scope of the subject of the order is set out in Annex No. 2 and Annex No. 2A - Description of the subject of the order, tab. 1A and 1B to the Terms of Reference of the Order.
3. The Ordering Party divided the order into individual parts and allows the submission of offers partial - Packages: No. 1- No. 10 described in detail in Annex 2 and Annex 2A.
