1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electric motorcycles and includes: Basic order, i.e.: delivery of electric motorcycles in the amount of 8 pcs. and option under the option right, i.e.: delivery of up to 6 electric motorcycles. 2. Contractor selected during the processof the public procurement procedure is obliged to perform the subject of the contract in accordance with the requirements set out in the ToR. 3. Communication between the Employer and Contractors will take place via the SmartPZP Purchasing Platform at: https://portal.smartpzp.pl/kgsg/public/postepowanie?procedur=49902345 The procedure is conducted as an open tender. 4. Pursuant to Art. 257 of the Public Procurement Law, the contracting authority may cancel the contract award procedure if the public funds that the contracting authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the procurementclaims, were not granted.
