The subject of the order is the delivery of 7 electric buses as part of the project "BKM. 2.0 - DEVELOPMENT OF SUSTAINABLE MOBILITY IN THE CITY OF ŻORY". The Ordering Party will reject an offer that includes products, including software used in network equipment telecommunications companies originating from European Union Member States, countries with which the European Union has concluded agreements on equal treatment of entrepreneurs, or countries to which the provisions of Directive 2014/25/EU apply by virtue of a Council decision, do not exceeds 50% of the total value of the products included in the offer. The Ordering Party requests that the Contractor submit an appropriate declaration along with the offer, in accordance with Annex No. 8 to the offer, otherwise the offer will be rejected.
