On behalf of the Office of Technical Inspection, we invite all reliable contractors to submit offers for the supply of 6, 000 pieces of ENVOPAK seals. We would like to inform you that we anticipate the possibility of conducting the second stage of this procedure (negotiations) in the form of an inquiry offer. We reserve that the procedure may result in the offer not being selected if the estimated funds are exceeded. The Ordering Party requires: - number of seals: 6, 000 pcs. of ENVOPAK seals, i.e. 24 packages of 250 pcs. each package - delivery: cost and organization transport on the supplier's side, - payment terms: 21 days from receipt of the invoice, - delivery date: 30 days from the date of signing the order, - validity period of the offer: 60 days, - warranty: min. 12 months - we do not allow offers for replacements. Verification will take place during delivery - the goods will not be collected. - place of delivery: Headquarters of the Office of Technical Inspection based in Warsaw at ul. Szczęśliwicka 34.
