Tender Details

Delivery of 6 unmarked police buses 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 6 unmarked police buses. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Annex 5 to the SWZ and Chapter 19th century SWZ. 3. The Contractor is obliged to indicate in the Offer Form (template - Annex No. 1 to the SWZ) the brand, type, variant and commercial marking of the offered vehicle, in accordance with the data included in the EC certificate template. If the Contractor does not indicate the above data, the Ordering Party will reject the offer pursuant to Art. 226 section 1 point 5 of the Act, as inconsistent with the terms of the order. 4. Each vehicle must be covered by a warranty for the period: 1) min. 36 months with a minimum limit. 100, 000 kilometers - warranty on components mechanical, electrical and electronic of the vehicle on which the body was built, 2) min. 36 months - warranty on the paint coating, 3) min. 72 months - warranty against perforation of body elements, 4) min. 36 months - warranty on the entire structure and vehicle equipment, 5) min. 36 months - warranty for installation and equipment of the vehicle, 6) min. 36 months - warranty for the communication installation - counting from the date of receipt of the vehicle by the Ordering Party. 5. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of offers partial or variants. 6. The Ordering Party allows the execution of part of the order to be entrusted to a Subcontractor. 7.
