1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 5 (five) zero-emission buses powered by electricity as part of the investment: Sustainable development of urban public transport in the MOF of the City of Puławy. 2. The order is divided into two tasks the subject of the contract is: Task No. 1 Delivery of 3 (three) brand new MAXI class city buses powered by electricity with technical parameters and equipment specified in the Description of the Subject of the Order and in accordance with with the submitted offer of the Contractor. Task no. 2 Delivery of 2 (two) pieces of brand new MIDI class city buses powered by electricity with technical parameters and equipment specified in the Description of the Subject of the Order and in accordance with the submitted offer Contractors. 3. Conducting theoretical and practical training for at least 40 drivers in the basic operation and use of the bus and economic driving techniques. 4. Conducting theoretical and practical training for at least 15 people employees of the Ordering Party's technical support in the field of warranty and post-warranty repairs, technical service of buses and service and use of the provided diagnostic equipment.5.
