The subject of the order is the supply of 47 annual licenses of Microsoft 365 Business Standard software in the CSP model, CSP model CFQ7TTC0LDPB:0001:Commercial, ilo 47, type - annual subscription. The Ordering Party requires supplies of software licenses intended for use by public administration units. The subject of the contract will be completed within 7 days of signing the contract. The Ordering Party declares that after signing the contract with the Contractor, it will indicate the name of the cloud environment (tenant) on the Microsoft platform under which a license must be signed. The Ordering Party allows the proposal of equivalent software. A contractor who refers to solutions equivalent to those described by the Ordering Party is obliged to prove in the offer that the proposed solutions meet the criteria of equivalence.
