"Delivery of 42 used articulated buses" "Delivery of 42 used articulated buses" The subject of this public procurement is the supply of 42 used articulated buses for the needs of public transport on the territory of Metropolitan Municipality. The delivery is divided into two batches - the first - from a minimum of 25 pieces and the second - up to 17 pieces. Vehicle type: Used, articulated, low-floor city buses of one make and model, with a minimum of four axles, category M3, class I, meeting the bus requirements detailed in this technical specification. The contracting authority allows the participants to offer new buses as well, if they meet the requirements of the order. The bus must have been registered for for the first time in an EU or EEA member state, with the European Type Approval Certificate number noted on the registration slip in accordance with Art. 28, para. 2 of REGULATION (EU) 2018/858 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 30 May 2018, or the corresponding repealed Regulations and directives thereof. Mileage - Maximum 500, 000 km on the first batch and maximum 550, 000 km on the second batch.
