I would like to request you to submit an offer for the supply of 40 tablet-type mobile devices along with accessories and mobile device management software to Koleje Mazowieckie 1. It is prohibited to grant or continue to perform any public procurement or concessions falling within the scope of the Public Procurement Directives as well as under Art. 10 section 1, 3, section 6 letters a)-e), section 8, 9 and 10, art. 11, 12, 13 and 14 of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 7 and 8, art. 10 lit. b)-f) and letters h)-j) of the Directive 2014/24/EU, art. 18, art. 21 letters b)-e) and letters g)-i), Art. 29 and 30 of Directive 2014/25/EU and Art. 13 letter a)-d), letters f)-h) ill.
