Tender Details

Delivery of 4 pieces of industrial monitors 1. The subject of the order is the supply of 4 pieces of industrial monitors for 24-hour operation that meet the following requirements. 2. For each monitor, the Contractor is obliged to provide: ‒cable power; ‒remote control with batteries; ‒mounts compatible with VESA spacing; ‒assembly instructions; ‒all elements constituting the sales set; ‒warranty card. 3. The Contractor is obliged to deliver the Equipment that is the subject of the contract: ‒to building of the Marshal's Office in Lublin, ul. Artura Grottgera 4, 20-029 Lublin; ‒on your own, at your own expense and risk; ‒during the Ordering Party's office hours, i.e. from 7.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. on Business Days. 4. Detailed description of the subject of the order and the method of implementation is described in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ constituting the Description of the subject of the order and in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ constituting the Important provisions of the contract. 5. If the procurement documents indicate in relation to certain materials or devices trademarks, patents or origin - Ordering Party, in accordance with Art. 99 section 5 Pzp, allows offering equivalent materials or devices. Materials or devices from specific manufacturers determine minimum quality parameters, functional characteristics that the materials or devices offered by the Contractor must meet in order to meet the requirements set by the Ordering Party.
