The subject of the order is the delivery of 4 medium-sized and 2 heavy rescue and fire-fighting vehicles equipped with a module of equipment for removing windbreaks and the effects of flood waters, divided into 2 parts: a) Part I - Delivery of 4 medium-sized rescue and fire-fighting vehicles equipped with equipment module for removing windbreaks and the effects of flood waters; b) Part II - Delivery of 2 heavy rescue and fire-fighting vehicles equipped with a removal equipment module windbreaks and the effects of flood waters. 2. The Ordering Party does not introduce any restrictions as to the number of parts of the order for which one Contractor may submit an offer. The Ordering Party also does not introduce any restrictions as to the number of parts for which the order may be awarded to one Contractor. 3. Each car should meet, among others, the following requirements: a) the vehicle must be built and equipped in accordance with the Road Traffic Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, as amended).
