Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of a 3D printer with a CNC laser for the implementation of the Engineer 5.0 Project - education for the economy, co-financed by the European Union from the European Social Fund Plus under the Funds program European Union for Social Development 2021-2027 funding agreement no. FERS.01.05-IP.08-0285/23-002. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in Appendix No. 3 to SWZ.3. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the template contract constituting Appendix No. 4 to SWZ.4. The contractor is obliged to clearly define the offered product, characterizing it by indicating in the offer form, constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, the type, model, manufacturer's name, or other information enabling identification of the offered subject of the contract. 5. The Contractor declares that the subject of the contract is brand new, free from any defects and damage, without previous use, made of safe materials and is not the subject of third party rights.6.
