1. The subject of this order is the delivery of a brand new 3D printer free from legal and physical defects.2. Description of the minimum technical parameters and other types of properties of the equipment required by the Ordering Party, referred to in section 1 above, as well as the type of devices, components and accessories (equipment) constituting the equipment as above (so-called technical and scope description of the subject of delivery) - provided in Appendix No. 2 of the SWZ. 3. Whenever the subsequent provisions of this ToR refer to Equipment or Device without further specification - this means the entire subject of delivery from this order (all devices and other equipment) - in accordance with the description of the requirements specified in Appendix No. 2 of the SWZ. In the case and to the extent that in the SWZ Annex, o referred to in section 2 above, the trademarks, patents or origin, source or specific process that characterizes the products or services provided by a specific Contractor are indicated, such indication is not known to other Contractors.
