Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of brand new VAN, KOMBIVAN and SUV cars in a total quantity of 3 (three) pieces, manufactured no earlier than in 2025, factory assembly and equipment of cars intended for European countries and right-hand traffic. Cars must meet the requirements applicable in Poland resulting from the Act of June 20, 1997 - Road Traffic Law and the implementing regulations to this Act. The contractor will provide the ordering party with a set of required documents for car registration in Poland. Cars must be homologated taking into account currently applicable exhaust and noise emission levels. The offered cars must come from the manufacturer's official authorized distribution channel in Poland and have a minimum of: 24 months manufacturer's warranty for the engine and mechanical components. Detailed requirements regarding the subject of the order are described in the Technical Specification Forms - attached as Annexes No. 3A, 3B, 3C to SWZ (respectively for each part of the order). The order is divided into 3 (three) parts: Part 1: "Delivery of a VAN truck with a workshop structure"; Part 2: "Delivery of a Kombivan passenger car"; Part 3: "Delivery of a passenger car "SUV type". 2. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the draft contract constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ.
