Part I: Delivery of 3 projectors 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 3 projectors with the following parameters: ‒display technology: DLP or 3LCD; ‒basic resolution: min. 1920x1080 (FullHD); ‒built-in speaker with a power of at least 10 W. 2.To each of projectors, the Contractor is obliged to provide: ‒power cable min. 5m long; ‒remote control for operating the projector; ‒HDMI cable with a length of min. 15m; ‒compatible projector bag. 3. The Contractor is obliged to deliver the Equipment subject of the contract: ‒to the building of the Marshal's Office in Lublin, ul. Artura Grottgera 4, 20-029 Lublin; ‒on your own, at your own expense and risk; ‒during the Ordering Party's office hours, i.e. from 7.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. on Business Days. 4.Detailed description the subject of the order and the method of implementation are described in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ constituting the Description of the subject of the order and in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ constituting the Important provisions of the contract. 5.If the procurement documents indicated in relation to certain materials or devices trademarks, patents or origin - the Ordering Party, in accordance with Art. 99 section 5 Pzp, allows offering equivalent materials or devices. Materials or devices from specific manufacturers are specified minimum quality parameters and functional features that the materials or devices offered by the Contractor must meet in order to meet the requirements set by the Ordering Party.
