Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 3 pieces of complete, brand new air dust collectors for dust control, together with a set of parts and assemblies included in the layette, i.e. in the range and quantities specified in the Layette list attached to the offer, ensuring continuity of work.cy of the air precipitator during the period of the quality guarantee granted by the Contractor for the Subject of the Agreement, at a guaranteed level of reliability, with a minimum coefficient of 0.95 (for each device).

2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Part III of the SWZ Description of the Subject of the Order.

3. Subjectthe order is a sectoral order within the meaning of Art. 7 point 35) of the Public Procurement Law

Made by our own efforts and delivered 3 pieces of complete, brand new air dust collectors to combat dustiness.

The devices covered by the Order must be intended for operation in underground mining plants extracting hard coal, in workings at risk of methane and coal dust explosions, ready for installation, and after installation, ready for commissioning and operation, and meet all requirements and parameterstechnical specifications specified in the Agreement and in the Description of the subject of the order.

In addition, the supplied air dust collectors must be adapted to work with the AM-75, MR-340-Ex-S (for all versions of the electrical equipment box used by the Ordering Party), DH-75R, GM-50 type roadheader.
