Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 3 brigade cars. 2. The scope of the subject of the order includes: 1) purchase and delivery at the Contractor's expense and risk and unloading of cars in the area of ​​operation of ZDW Kielce, indicated by the Ordering Party, i.e. Drg Area Wojewdzkich No. 1 in Zgrsko, Zgrsko ul. Cicha 43A, 26 052 Nowiny; 2) wrapping the cars in accordance with the provisions of the Description of the subject of the order, item 32 - Additional equipment; 3) installing a warning strip on vehicle roofs in accordance with the provisions of the Subject Description order item 30 Work lighting; 4) training of the Ordering Party's employees on the day of delivery or within 3 days of delivery, at the place of delivery indicated above, in the scope of operation, maintenance, minor repairs, operation and inspections; 5) during the warranty period i warranty for defects in the provision of service on the terms set out in sections 6 and 7 of the contract. 3. A detailed description and method of execution of the order is included in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), constituting Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ and the contract template, constituting Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ.
