The subject of the order is the delivery of 3 (three) brand new basic ambulances - type C road ambulances, van version, with 4x4 drive and GVW above 3.5 t, along with specialized bodywork and equipment specified in the Basic Order and valuation of the Option Right. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ The subject of the order is the delivery of 3 (three) brand new basic ambulances - type C road ambulances, panel vans, with 4x4 drive and GVM over 3.5 t, together with specialized bodywork and equipment specified in the Basic Order and the valuation of the Option Right. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. The basic order includes the delivery of 3 complete ambulances, including: each of which has in particular: automatic or manual gearbox; mechanical patient transport system including a stretcher and a trolley compliant with PN-EN 1865 or an equivalent standard; mechanical base/carrier for the stretcher with side shift. Law of Options includes: 1) O.1 - additional payment for replacing the mechanical stretcher system with an electric-hydraulic system with a charging system from the vehicle installation - from 0 to 3 vehicles; 2) O.2 - portable defibrillator with a base for mounting on a wall panel - from 0 up to 3 pieces; 3) O.3 - active disinfection system for the medical compartment - from 0 to 3 vehicles; 4) O.4 - a set of pneumatic immobilization splints - from 0 to 3 sets; 5) O.5 - set of rails fixed with...
