Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of new, prefabricated automatic free-standing public toilets intended for installation (oval or rectangular facility) in the place indicated by the Ordering Party. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included is included in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ. 2. The Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with a warranty for the delivered goods for a period of 60 months, counted from the date of receipt of the delivery. 3. The Contractor undertakes to obtain all information necessary for the proper execution of the order. 4. Reasons for not dividing the order into parts: excessive technical difficulties, excessive costs of carrying out the order and difficulties in coordinating the activities of various Contractors implementing individual parts of the order, which could seriously jeopardize the proper execution orders. The lack of division of the order into parts does not impede access to the order for small and medium-sized enterprises due to the value of the order. 5. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the SWZ and the offer.
