Delivery of 2, 000 IP phones with a 36-month warranty The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of used, refabricated by the manufacturer or new 2, 000 IP telephones for the needs of the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture. (maximum two different models) together with the software, in accordance with the Technical Specification of IT Equipment constituting Annex No. 1 to the draft provisions of the contract (hereinafter referred to as "PPU"), constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ. 1.The devices will be delivered in two stages: 1.1. Stage I - the Contractor will sell and deliver 300 pieces of IT equipment to the ARiMR Headquarters on the terms and conditions specified in the ppu; 1.2. Stage II - The Contractor will sell and deliver 1, 700 pieces of IT Equipment to 16 Regional Branches, on the terms and conditions specified in the ppu. 2. The Ordering Party requires that the subject of the order be performed on the terms and conditions specified in the draft provisions of the contract together with the annexes, constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ. 3. The Ordering Party informs that in in the public procurement procedure for the "Supply of 2, 000 pcs of IP phones with a 36-month warranty", the estimated value of the order is PLN 937, 352.25 gross. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery for the needs of the Restructuring Agency Modernization of Agriculture used, remanufactured by the manufacturer or new 2, 000 IP telephones (maximum two different models) with software, in accordance with the Technical Specification of the Equipment...
