1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 2 sand spreaders with a humidification function, with a capacity of 8 m3. The Ordering Party requires that all offered sand spreaders are from one and the same manufacturer.2. The subject of the order is classified according to: Common Vocabulary Zamwie (CPV classification) under the codes 34144440-4 (Gritters) and 34144420-8 (Salt spreading vehicles).3. The Ordering Party requires that the offered sand spreaders be brand new, unused, complete, free from physical and legal defects, unused, unregistered as used devices, not previously sold to the end user and ready to work as intended.4. A detailed specification of the Employer's minimum technical requirements regarding sand spreaders is provided in Annex No. 6 to SWZ.5. The Ordering Party requires that the manufacturer of the offered sand spreaders has its own or an authorized mobile technical service enabling repairs at the Ordering Party's premises.
