Vehicles must meet the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of the Interior and Administration of June 20, 2007 on the list of products forensuring public safety or protecting health and life as well as property, as well as the rules for issuing approvals for these products for use (Journal of Laws of 2007, No. 143, item 1002, as amended).

Compression ignition engine with a power of not less than 210 kW.
