Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 2 passenger cars for the needs of the Regional Chamber of Audit in Lublin2. The scope of the subject of the order includes in particular: 1) the supply of two brand new, unused, manufactured no earlier than 2025, passenger cars, hybrid cars of the HEV or PHEV type for the Regional Chamber of Audit in Lublin, 2) the cars constituting the subject of the order must be technically efficient, complete, free from legal, construction, material and workmanship defects, accident-free and has a warranty enabling the implementation of warranty rights at authorized service stations, 3) together with the cars, the Contractor is obliged to provide service books, approval certificates, warranty books and service manuals - all documents in Polish, 4) cars must meet the technical conditions specified in the legal provisions applicable in Poland for cars traveling on public roads and the conditions specified in the provisions of the European Union Community law, 5) cars must have the steering wheel located on the left side of the vehicle.3.
