1. The subject of the order is the supply of walnut-type hard coal in an amount of 150 Mg, including transport. 2. Required quality parameters of walnut hard coal: Ash content max. 11.00% Total sulfur content max. 1.40% Calorific value minimum 23.00 MJ/kg Dimensions grains from 40 mm to 80 mm Sub-grain content max 10.00% Overgrain content max 10.00% Total moisture content max 15.00%3. The deviation of the values ​​of quality parameters is allowed, which cannot be greater than: a. 3% of the value for the ash content; b. 0.3% of the value for total sulfur content; c. 1 MJ/kg for calorific value; d. 3% of the value for the total moisture content; e. 5% of the value for sub-grain content; f. 2% of the value for the oversize content; g. 2% of the value for the volatile matter content.4. Deliveries will be made: successively during the term of the contract on working days from 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. of the Ordering Party, by road transport, with unloading at the storage yard of the Ordering Party's District Boiler Plant at ul.
