Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 12 m of new activated coal for the needs of Zakład Utylyzacji Odpadw Staych Sp. z o. o. in Tczew. Activated carbon will be intended for purifying the air coming from the stabilizer maturing hall. Activated carbon must effectively absorbs VOCs from the air.2. The quantities of the subject of the order given in the Specification of Order Conditions are estimates and are intended solely for: determining the value of the order, comparing and evaluating offers. The maximum quantity of the subject of the order is 12 m3. The Ordering Party allows a quantitative deviation from the estimated quantity of no more than 10%, provided that the quantity of the actual delivery will not be less than 10 m4. The order will be fulfilled in the form of a one-time delivery, including the resulting quantity within the scope specified above, taking into account the technological conditions of the Ordering Party, within the maximum value of the contract referred to in the draft provisions of the contract.5. The Ordering Party guarantees the execution of the order to a minimum extent not less than 10 m, constituting the minimum performance of the Ordering Party under this order.
