Delivery of an automatic lathe with a spindle clearance of min. Ø 40 mm along with a 3-meter bar feeder. Basic requirements: 1. Two electro-spindles, main spindle and counter-spindle 2. Possibility of processing bars Ø 40 mm or larger. 3. Automatic lathe with the possibility work with a fixed headstock (short automatic machine) 4. At least three tool supports/heads, including min. two with a “Y” axis all equipped with the ability to use rotary tools. Possibility to work with three tools at the same time. 5. Feeder for 3 m bars bar magazine with automatic bar feeding, automatic bar replacement and automatic sorting of the bar tip outside the machine tool 6. Universal workpiece receiver from the counter spindle with a transporter outside the machine tool 7. Chip transporter 8.
