Delivery of an automatic lathe with a spindle clearance of at least Ø 20 m along with a 3-meter bar feeder Basic requirements: 1. Two electrospindles, main spindle and counter spindle2. Possibility of processing bars up to Ø20mm or larger.3. Machine lathe with the possibility of working with a fixed headstock (short automatic) and with a sliding headstock (Siwss type lathe)4. At least three supports/tool heads, including min. two with a "Y" axis, all equipped with the possibility of using rotary tools. Possibility to work three tools at once5. Feeder for 3 m bars with a bar magazine with automatic bar feeding, automatic bar replacement and automatic sorting of the bar tip out of the machine6. Universal workpiece receiver from the counter spindle with the transporter outside the machine7. Chip conveyor8. Oil mist extraction with preparation for a central oil mist extraction system9.
