ATTENTION!!!- The order in question is awarded in seven (7) parts, each of which is the subject of a separate procurement procedure, marked with case numbers: Part 1 - TECH/246/AW/2026 Part 2 - TECH/246/KO/2026 Part 3 - TECH/246/AK/2026i, covering a total of 7 parts. The proceedings in question TECH/246/KO/2026 cover two cases parts of the entire order, including: parts 3 to 4. The draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 2 to the ToR apply only to parts 3 to 4 of the entire order awarded in parts. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the technical requirements set for it result from the offer form constituting Annex No. 1 to SWZ, and the draft provisions of the contract (including annexes) constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
