Tender Details

The subject of this order is: a) delivery and rental of 2 container laundries, equipped with automatic washing machines and tumble dryers, adapted for industrial washing and drying; b) service ensuring that the laundry is kept in full technical condition container transport; c)connection to the power grid; d) water supply to tanks and removal of liquid waste from tanks. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is presented in the annex to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract. Place The area under construction is in the town of Lipa (commune: Zaklików, poviat: Stalowowolski, voivodeship: Podkarpackie). The agreement will be valid from the date of its conclusion until December 31, 2026. The parties agree that the rental of laundry containers will take place in accordance with demands submitted by the Ordering Party during the term of the contract or until the funds allocated for the implementation of the contract are exhausted, subject to the implementation of an optional order. The contractor is obliged to set it up completely an efficient container laundry within 3 days from the date of notification of the request by the Ordering Party. In the case of an optional order, the Contractor undertakes to set up a fully operational container laundry within 3 days from the date of receipt of the declaration. the Ordering Party to exercise the option right.
