Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of a system for laminoplasty of the cervical spine in accordance with the requirements contained in Appendix No. 1 to this Specification.2. Validity period: min. 12 months from the date of delivery. 3. Additional terms regarding the subject of the order: a) The Contractor undertakes to deliver and deposit at the Ordering Party's registered office (Kraków, os. Zotej Jesieni 1) the subject of the order together with the instruments free of charge for the duration of the contract, in accordance with Appendix No. 1. b) The Contractor is obliged will be required to provide the instruments together with a list or photos of the tools. c) The Contractor will be obliged to supplement and service the instruments provided to the Buyer under the contract free of charge.
