Deliveries of vegetables, fruit and eggs The subject of the order is the supply of vegetables, fruit and eggs for CRR KRUS NIWA during the contract period, specified in Annex No. 1A to the SWZ - Order assortment, and in Annex No. 1B to the SWZ - Spreadsheet specifying the price offer, in Annex No. 1C to the SWZ - Detailed description of the subject of the order and in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Offer Form. The Ordering Party does not reserve the obligation for the Contractor to personally perform key tasks related to work related to the arrangement and installation, as part of the delivery order. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers - in Subchapter IV.A. SWZ. The ordering party justified the decision not to divide this contract into lots. The deliveries include 73 product items.
