Tender Details

Deliveries of vegetables and fruit for the Government Administration Service Center 1. Subject of the order: successive deliveries of vegetables and fruit for the needs of the Government Administration Service Center. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in Annex no 3 to the SWZ - Product and price form (Form 1A and 1B) and in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Draft Provisions of the Agreement. 3. The Ordering Party reserves the right to withdraw from the delivery or part of the delivery in each assortment item. Range order may be reduced to 30% (i.e. 70% completed) of the total order value. The contractor is not entitled to any claims in this respect. 4. Quantities of articles specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - Assortment and price form (Form 1A and 1 B), are estimated quantities that the Ordering Party intends to complete during the term of the contract and do not constitute an obligation on the part of the Ordering Party to purchase items in the number indicated in the Form, which is an integral part of the Offer Form. 5.Quality products offered by the Contractor should be the highest and meet the requirements of the Ordering Party. In Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ (Form 1A and 1B), the Ordering Party mentioned the trade names of some products referring to their high quality and freshness, thus expects to offer comparable products.
