A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the annexes: 1) Price forms (separately for each package) - Annex No. 1.1 to SWZ, 2) Designed provisions of the contract that will be introduced into the content of the contract/contract provisions - Annex No. 2 to the SWZ The order is divided into 15 packages (parts). Agreements regarding the resolved packages will be concluded after the completion of these proceedings for a period of 12 months. The Ordering Party informs that in accordance with Art. 139 of the Public Procurement Law, it will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then subjectively qualify the Contractor whose offer was rated highest in a given package, regarding the lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the proceedings.
