The purpose of the public contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement with one supplier, the subject of which will be the supply of physical means of fire protection, as well as their revision and repair (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"). The sole purpose of the procurement process is to conclude a framework agreement with one supplier without renewing the competition. The subject of the performance of the public contract is the determination of the conditions for the partial deliveries of material means of fire protection for the Employer and the DPP fire rescue service, which is made up of professional firefighters trained for the area of ​​fire prevention and the issue of specific interventions in the subway, on tram lines and in public transport in general, as well as for revisions and repairs of these devices.
